Departure from the city of La Serena to  the town of Pisco Elqui  located in Elqui Valley, on the way you can view the beautiful landscape of the Valley.

In Pisco Elqui we’ll visit the Fundo Los Nichos, this is the oldest active pisco destilery of Chile and the last cellar craft which preserves the traditional method of making hot water, pisco and sweet wines.

Then we will  visit the Solar Pisco Tres Erres, on one side of the beautiful square of Pisco. In this plant the grapes are received and work the same way as in the Capel facility, but in a much more traditional way.

Departure to Monte Grande, Gabriela Mistral Town, where the plant of Cochiguaz is located. In this place you can see the facilities and purchase some of the products offered on the sales room, especially its central figure: Artisans of 50 degrees, key chains, pens, among others.

Departure to the town of Villaseca We will lunch at Restaurant Solar de Villaseca noted for its elaborate meals in innovative solar cookers

Visit to  Aba Drink and Spirit, located in el rancho San Juan about 8 km from Vicuña, this is one of the classic pisco family who dominated the production of the Elqui Valley for centuries.

Visit to the agricultural cooperative Capel Pisco Elqui, there we’ll see the entire process in the production of distillate, moreover we will visit the living museum that will show us the history of pisco.
